Duplicate Review

Tap the record you want to keep. The other one gets tagged “duplicate record” in your CRM and a note saying which one it belongs to, so it drops out of future sends.

Nothing is ever deleted — and every one of these can be undone.

If they’re actually two different people, say so and they both stay. Start with the Double-send tab: those are the ones who’d get your email twice.
